You will lead, develop, and support the front of house team, while maintaining the highest standards across concierge services, amenities, and resident engagement.You will work closely with senior management to implement procedures, drive service standards, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the front of house team, including concierge staffConduct regular performance reviews, training, and ongoing team developmentOversee all resident services, ensuring a consistently high standard across all areasAct as a key point of contact for residents, handling requests with a proactive and personalised approachCoordinate lifestyle services such as transport, dining, events, and external bookingsE
