Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior Stanmore, Middlesex £37,000 - £43,000 + Benefits A well established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants based in Stanmore is seeking an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior to join their highly successful team. This opportunity would suit an individual with accountancy practice experience gained working for a UK based firm and who is confident preparing draft statutory accounts and working directly with a varied client portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and limited companies. The Role Working closely with the partners and senior team, your responsibilities will include: Preparing draft statutory accounts from trial balance stage through to completion. Preparing corporation tax computations and returns. Supporting with the production of management accounts and financial statements. Preparing VAT returns and assisting with bookkeeping assignments where required. Liaising directly with clients to resolve accounting queries and obtain information. Supporting junior members of the team when appropriate. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. About You At least 3+ years'' experience working within a UK accountancy practice environment at a semi-senior or senior level. The ability to prepare draft accounts with minimal supervision.
