LED Electrical Design EngineerSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 + BenefitsOn behalf of a forward-thinking organisation delivering innovative energy-efficient solutions, we are recruiting an experienced LED Electrical Design Engineer to support a growing portfolio of projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and public sector environments.This is a hands-on technical role, offering the opportunity to work across the full design lifecycle on projects that drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and modernisation of existing infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Deliver compliant, energy-efficient LED lighting designs across a range of sectorsConduct site surveys and engage directly with clients to understand project requirementsProduce detailed electrical and lighting designs, including drawings and calculationsDevelop wiring schematics, load calculations, and circuit schedulesSelect appropriate products and ensure integration with existing electrical systemsIdentify non-compliances and define enabling works where requiredPrepare installation documentation and support delivery through to commissioningProvide technical assurance, including installation sign-off and certification reviewCollaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients throughout project deliveryRequirements:Proven experience producing compliant LED electrical designsStrong working knowledge of BS 7671 (18th Edition) and BS 5266 (Emergency Lighting)Experience integrating LED upgrades into existing
