The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you''ll play an important part in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. You''ll work alongside class teachers to support pupils with their learning, encourage confidence, and help every child reach their potential.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teaching and learning in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classrooms.
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Encouraging children''s confidence, independence, and participation.
• Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and daily activities.
• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs where required.

What We are Looking For

Educators who:

• Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Hold a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Have a caring, patient, and positive approach.
• Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Are reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
