Location: Macclesfield, SK10
Pay Rate: £14.45 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Hours: 10 hours per week
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a team of four cleaners at an office site in Macclesfield (SK10).

This is a working supervisor role, meaning you will be actively involved in the day-to-day cleaning duties while leading and supporting your team to ensure the site is maintained to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner who has supervisory experience or is ready to take the next step into a team leader position.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support a team of four cleaners.
* Carry out hands-on office cleaning alongside the team.
* Allocate cleaning duties and ensure tasks are completed on time.
* Monitor cleaning standards and ensure the office is kept clean, tidy and hygienic.
* Lead by example and motivate the team.
* Report any issues or additional requirements to management.
* Ensure all cleaning duties are completed in line with site expectations.

Requirements

* Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable.
* A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
* Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
