Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for making a positive difference in young people''s lives? Our client, a reputable care provider, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bed EBD children''s home in Shirley.
What you''ll be doing:
* Leading the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
* Providing strong leadership and support to the care team, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Delivering high-quality, child-centred care tailored to individual needs.
* Maintaining and enhancing the home''s Ofsted rating through best practice.
* Overseeing safeguarding, risk management, and care planning processes.
* Collaborating with external agencies, families, and professionals to secure positive outcomes for young people.
* Ensuring all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are met.
What you''ll bring:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
* Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager within children''s residential care.
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A genuine commitment to providing therapeutic, high-quality care for young people.
