Customer Service Advisor - Norwegian Speaking
Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisor / Claims Advisor on a fully remote basis to a Tech Scale up. As an Norwegian Speaking Account Coordinator / Claims Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the Norwegian speaking region and covering the Italian and Spanish speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.Roles and Responsibilities:Deliver high quality customer serviceAssist with Customer''s enquiriesProcess Claims via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internetBe proactive in the area of Customer retentionPerson Specification:Fluent in NorwegianStrong customer focus and professional approachExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work effectively as part of a teamGood computer skillsPositive "can do" attitudeThis is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of up to 30,000 + attractive company benefits.The role offers flexibility to work from home / Remote working 5 days a week (100% of the time) Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment SpecialistsAdvancing People Multilingual Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer and acts as both an Employment Business and Employment Agency.
