Your Role

Drive product performance baselining and define OKRs aligned with strategic goals.

Advocate for customer-centric digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to inform product development.

Prioritize features across delivery teams based on commercial and strategic impact.

Analyze emerging tech and market trends to shape product direction and roadmap.

Champion MVP development with a focus on feasibility, viability, and desirability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and deliver AI solutions.

Lead business case creation and monitor KPIs to track product success.

Your Profile

Proven experience launching data-driven digital products with strategic alignment.

Skilled in user research and translating insights into prioritized product features.

Strong grasp of LEAN and design thinking methodologies.

Proficient in market analysis and competitor benchmarking using analytics tools.

Experience in agile/scrum environments with backlog and sprint planning expertise.

Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team experience.

Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and senior leadership.

4+ years in PandC insurance and a passion for innovation in AI and GenAI.
