My client based in Halifax is looking to expand their team by employing a Mechanical and Electrical Business Development Manager Duties and Responsibilities Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of MandE opportunities Working closely with the company owner to ensure opportunities are pursued. Building relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and framework stakeholders Leading client meetings, presenting capability, and managing the process through to tender Must Have Organised approach to pipeline management, reporting, and follow-up Proven experience in business development within building services and MandE Strong network and confidence engaging at senior client and consultant level Solid understanding of how MandE tenders and pre-con processes work Full UK driving licence (travel will be required) For further information on the role please contact Nathan at FandE Recruitment
