Working within a busy Security Operations Centre, you will play a key role in monitoring security systems and supporting sites across the business.The RoleWorking as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, responding to security incidents and alarms, maintaining accurate records and supporting the day-to-day operation of the Security Operations Centre.This position operates on a 4-on, 4-off night shift rota, working 12-hour shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor CCTV systems and identify potential security threats or incidentsRespond to alarms, alerts and monitoring systems in line with proceduresInvestigate, manage and escalate incidents when requiredLiaise with sites, management teams and external agenciesProvide clear communication and updates to relevant stakeholdersMaintain accurate incident logs and complete associated reportsSupport the daily administration of the Security Operations CentreAssist with the development of processes and proceduresHandle confidential information in accordance with company policies and data protection requirementsUndertake other reasonable duties as requiredAbout YouStrong IT skills, including Microsoft ..... full job details .....
