Salary: Up to -37000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a growing property maintenance team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service. You will be working in occupied residential properties, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure homes remain safe and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
• Undertake basic plumbing repairs and minor installations
• Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery work
• Perform a wide range of general maintenance tasks
• Diagnose faults and provide effective, long-lasting repairs
• Work independently while contributing to a wider team environment
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong plastering experience, ideally supported by an NVQ Level 2 qualification
• Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry repairs
• Experience working within domestic or tenanted properties
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
• NVQ, City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent practical experience
• Full UK manual driving licence
