This hybrid role supports both clients and internal teams, ensuring top-tier service across a range of client-facing software. Responsibilities:First-line support via phone and emailIncident management using ServiceNowTroubleshooting and resolving technical issuesManaging ticket queues and escalationsCollaborating with internal and external teamsSupporting software like O365, Windows 10/11, SharePoint, and moreExperience required: Strong customer service skillsExperience in 1st Line IT supportExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with ServiceNow and ITIL practicesKnowledge of O365, Windows, SharePoint, and client-facing platforms
