All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

• Outside IR35 role-
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats.
• Over 400 properties to be surveyed-
• Properties-located in/around Leicester-
• ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
• BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
• Standard DBS (IN DATE) Required
• Own Equipment-( Laser Measure, Proptimeter-and Anemometer)
• Damp and Mould Qualifications would be highly regarded.
