Resident Liaison OfficerSocial Housing 21-22phTier 1 Maintenance Contractor A well established, Tier 1 construction and fire protection specialist, are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Manager to join their growing team. Based from Kent sites. Projects will be delivered around Kent/Surrey. Works that they specialise on will be planned/cyclical maintenance contracts for a social housing association. Day to day duties:To be the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.Own all complaints and ensure that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective mannerFor longer planned works, keep the tenant updated with progress and be there if there are any issues that arise.Ensure correct resident liaison structure is built in order to deliver external maintenance contractsWork with the Contract Manager and Site team to make sure that the residents are informed of any issues and that should they send an enquiry, that we have dealt with it.Support the helpdesk with emails that come in from sub-contractors and client on a daily basisCarry out condition and customer satisfaction surveysArranging and booking appointments/visits to properties Required ExperienceSeeking someone with experience working as a RLO previously.Strong communication skills over the phone and face to face and good IT skills.The ability to work within a team and of your own accord is also desired.Social housing experience, ideally on a planned maintenance contract or similar ..... full job details .....
