If this sounds like something you''d like to get involved with we would love to hear from you!What you will be doing?Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service flow.Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and promptly.Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage.Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently met.Support inventory control and assist in stock ordering and receiving.Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, and team to ensure cohesion.Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest areas.Carry out opening and closing duties, including cashing up and end-of-day reporting.RequirementsPrevious experience at a high pace restaurant environmentAvailable full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shiftsAbility to provide guests with the up to date information and advice on food as well as beverageKnowledge of food and table preparation techniquesAbility to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team membersGood level of English and communication skills.
