Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and helping businesses find the right solutions?

Join us as a Sales Executive and play a key role in developing existing customer relationships, re engaging with previous clients and identifying opportunities to support their evolving business needs. You''ll also have the opportunity to build new relationships and introduce funding solutions that help businesses grow.

The Role

This is a proactive, business development focused role where you''ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with businesses that could benefit from finance solutions.

Using a combination of database management, outbound calls, lead generation and relationship building, you''ll reconnect with previous customers, nurture existing relationships and identify opportunities to support their changing funding needs. You''ll also engage with prospective clients, introducing Bluestar''s services and creating opportunities for the wider team.

Success in this role comes from making effective use of the customer database, building genuine relationships and understanding each client''s business rather than simply making sales calls.

You''ll primarily work with SME decision makers, helping them explore funding options that support their growth, investment and operational goals.

About You

You''ll likely have experience in:

• Sales, customer service or business development roles
• Building relationships over the phone and developing rapport with customers
• Working towards targets and delivering consistent results
• Prospecting, lead generation or outbound calling activity
• Commercial finance, asset finance, leasing or related industries (desirable)

Experience within commercial finance, asset finance, leasing or a finance brokerage environment would be advantageous. However, we''re equally interested in individuals with strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a genuine desire to develop a career in the industry.
