We have opportunities across a range of primary school settings, from Nursery through to Year 6, including:

• 1:1 Learning Support Assistant roles supporting individual pupils.

• Resource Base positions supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN).

• General LSA roles providing classroom support and assisting with learning activities.

• Day-to-day, ad-hoc supply to fit around your commitments.

• Short-term and long-term placements offering greater consistency within a school.

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar school-based support role.

• Experience supporting children with their learning and development.

• A patient, caring and adaptable approach.

• Confidence working alongside teachers and other support staff.

• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.

• Enhanced DBS certificate.

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).

• Opportunities across primary schools throughout the Vale of Glamorgan.
