The Role The successful candidates will carry out strip out and demolition works within residential properties, supporting planned refurbishment and maintenance projects. Requirements Previous strip out / demolition experience essential. Experience working within residential or refurbishment environments. Able to carry out works safely and efficiently. Good standard of workmanship. Ability to work as part of a team. Full UK Driving Licence required. Professional approach when working in residents'' homes.
