This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong presence in the maintenance sector, offering long-term career development and the opportunity to take ownership of a high-value contract.Reporting to the Area General Manager, you ll be responsible for managing a contract valued at approximately £1 million, overseeing financial performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved across PPM and reactive maintenance. You ll also lead the onsite engineering team, manage additional works and quotations, and ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance and operational performance.Key Duties and Responsibilities Overseeing the overall performance and day-to-day management of the contract. Managing contract PandL, budgets and financial performance. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs. Providing technical support to both the client and engineering team. Managing client relationships and attending regular client meetings. Identifying, quoting and managing additional works and projects. Leading, developing and supporting the onsite engineering team.
