The Engineering Team Leader will have a strong engineering background ideally within FMCG, with a good technical knowledge of Electrical engineering, as well as production processes. You should have core qualifications in Electrical engineering, with experience in CI, TPM, ordering parts, co-ordinating staff as well as driving PM''s. This role requires excellent organisational skills and management skills. While practical support may be needed during critical escalations, your primary focus is leadership.
