This role would be based on site in Oxford Monday - Friday lunchtime. This role will suit an individual who is confident operating autonomously, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and providing practical HR support across the full employee lifecycle. HR Officer - About the Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting managers and employees across the site, ensuring HR processes are delivered effectively while maintaining compliance and best practice.
