We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Senior Nurse (RGN) to be part of our care team looking after our residential nursing and dementia residents. The Senior Nurse will report into the Village Manager and will be primarily responsible for promoting and delivering person-centered care with the Cinnamon care philosophy. The nurse will work within a team ethos with the resident s choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety is at the core of all clinical activity. Working always within their professional accountability and competences for their professional registration.This is a full-time position with 2 supernumerary days per week.
