Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: -92.5695 per day (PAYE, no umbrella fees, inclusive of holiday pay, dependent on experience, training and qualifications)

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across primary and secondary education, helping pupils develop their academic skills, confidence and independence.

You may provide classroom support, work with small groups or assist pupils requiring additional help. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within education and training.

The role suits experienced classroom support staff and individuals with relevant experience supporting children and young people seeking flexible work.

• Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery

• Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions

• Encourage positive behaviour and classroom routines

• Support pupils'' academic progress and independence

• Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs

• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe environment

• Experience supporting children or young people in a school or similar setting

• Enhanced Child DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
