AICS Group is on the search for a Support Worker to work with our client who lives in South East London. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Live-In Carer, you will provide personalised, compassionate support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. This role involves assisting clients with a variety of care needs and working closely with health and social care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. The shift pattern is from: 1 weeks live-in/ 1 week off or 2 weeks live-in / 2 weekoff PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment. Demonstrate ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities. Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily, ability to take a person-centred approach, experience in medication administration, personal care and manual handling.
