Our client is an established international organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on an initial fixed term contract, providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing practical advice and support across HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management and HR projects. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities within an international environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment practices. Support the annual performance management, salary review and bonus processes. Prepare salary benchmarking information and HR management reports. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, offers and pre-employment checks. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR correspondence. Coordinate new starter inductions and probation reviews. Support employee relations processes and associated documentation.
