Returns CoordinatorOur Tamworth based client is looking for a Returns Coordinator to join their team. Your role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the return''s good process.As a Returns Coordinator, you will need to have/be:The ideal candidate will be efficient, accurate at all times and have excellent data entry and administration skillsThey should have Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave experience of working in a busy environmentWork equally well in a team as well as being able to efficiently manage their own work load and effectively manage their own timeAbility to work under pressureAbility to analyse informationBe able to adapt and use initiative to understand how to prioritise and get a resolutionA basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage is preferredPrevious experience of working in a busy Customer Service/administration roleDetails:Salary: 25, 000 - 26, 000Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pmLocation: Tamworth (on site)Duration: PermanentRole of Returns Coordinator: Responsibility for Coordinating debit entry and credits for the businessEntry of all debit notes, both emailed and posted, on the in-house systemMonitoring Returns email inbox and ensuring all queries are dealt with promptlyRunning credits from the in-house system and SageScanning debits and corresponding paperwork on to the archive systemDeal with all incoming debit queries (via telephone and email) both internal and externalLiaising with carrier
