We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Homeless Triage Officer to join our Housing OptionsH team. You will act as the first point of contact for individuals and families at risk of homelessness, delivering timely advice, initial assessments, and early interventions to prevent homelessness wherever possible. Working within the framework of the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, you will play a key role in identifying housing needs, managing demand, and ensuring residents receive the right support at the earliest opportunity.
