We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for both short term and long term roles, starting immediately. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour and providing additional support to students where required.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• At least 6 months experience working in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
