This position offers the chance to support the organisation''s finance function, providing crucial insights into income streams, expenditure, and financial planning. Working in a small, dedicated team, you will be instrumental in guiding strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health as business grows. Key responsibilities include:Preparing budgets and forecasts Advising on tax implications Managing intercompany transactions Ensuring accurate financial reconciliations Producing statutory accounts Coordinating audits Support with transactional finance responsibilities, payroll, ledger work etc.Candidates must be: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong analytical skills Possessing excellent attention to detailProven experience in financial modelling and Xero accounting systemsHaving a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essentialThis role is offered across 25 hours per week, based in their offices in Cambridge. The structure of the hours is open for discussion.
