The Role Develop and maintain relationships with architects, planning departments and land buyers.Identify and secure new business opportunities.Build and nurture a network of industry contacts.Support the company''s marketing activity through social media and content creation.Represent the business professionally within the industry. About You Minimum of 5 years'' business development experience within bespoke new-build housing or a similar construction / sector.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Commercially focused with a proactive approach to generating new business.Existing industry contacts are desirable but not essential.Confident using social media to support business development activities.
