This is a key technical role focused on ensuring contractor performance, quality of workmanship, and compliance with industry standards, while supporting robust financial and contractual controls. You will play a hands-on role across inspections, project delivery, and post-completion review, helping to ensure homes and estates are maintained to a high standard and that value for money is consistently achieved.
