Legal Secretary - Private Client
Bramah HR are seeking an organised and professional Legal Secretary to join one of our incredible clients Private Client team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to solicitors dealing with matters such as wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to provide sensitive and professional support to both colleagues and clients during what can often be personal and emotional matters.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and partners within the Private Client teamPrepare, format, and amend legal documents including wills, probate applications, lasting powers of attorney, and trust documentationManage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments with clientsHandle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and sensitivelyAssist with the preparation and submission of probate applications and related documentationOpen, maintain, and close client files in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirementsUndertake digital dictation and audio typingLiaise with clients, financial institutions, HM Courts and Tribunals Service, and other external partiesMaintain accurate records and ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection and regulatory requirementsAssist fee earners with general case management and a
