We have a fantastic position for an experienced full-time Boarding Assistant working in one of our clients Boarding Houses. The successful candidate will share the responsibility for the well-being and welfare of the boarders in the House. They will assist the Housemistress in the smooth running of the House. The successful candidate will be caring, positive and conscientious with a good sense of humour, flexibility, stamina and attention to detail. This post would suit someone already pursuing a career in a boarding school environment or interested in doing so. They are also happy to take any teachers with QTS/PGCE too where salary is exponentially higher.
