We’re partnering with a well-established chemical manufacturer currently expanding their engineering function. As part of this growth, they’re looking to appoint a Process Engineer to support site-wide improvement initiatives and project-based work.

We’re looking for a degree-qualified engineer (Chemical, Process, or related) who has gained initial industry experience in a manufacturing, chemical, oil & gas, or FMCG setting.

The Role:

• Process Engineer

• £45,000 - £50,000 + Chartership Support + 42 Days Holiday + Relocation + Medical

• Key player in continuous improvement and technical project delivery

• Involvement in live plant support, troubleshooting, and process optimisation

• Ongoing training, project exposure, and career development

The Person:

• Early-career Process, CI, or Chemical Engineer

• 1–2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or site-based engineering environment

• Passionate about process design, optimisation, and continuous improvement

• Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering or similar
