Corporate Travel Consultant (Group/T4M -Travel4Meeting) must be experienced in booking Individual Air/Rail + Group Air/Rail travel, responsible for group movements ranging from 10 to 2000+ people.

What You will DoDeliver outstanding service based on the clients Event Brief including research, policies, and management of SuppliersOverall client retention in terms of establishing a professional long term relationship, service excellence and account growthPlanning, coordination, and execution of Corporate Travel, Workshops and SeminarsAchieve targeted financial results whilst delivering high quality service and demonstrate significant savings on client spend.Sound Company product knowledge and ability to cross sell products where possibleEnsuring all processes followed are robust, that our activity and time management is efficient and that we all give attention to developing and growing our business.Additional duties as requested (Standby on-duty availability for some weekends a year)

The T4M role contains all or some of the following tasks:Understand and meet Client Service Level Agreements (SLA if applicable)Qualifying call or email with enquiry owner to determine travel requirementsIdentify appropriate transportation options according to client needsFollow R-Max preferred suppliers'' programConfirm and manage supplier deadlinesReminders to customer on supplier deadlinesSecure enquiry owner approval on budget and terms and conditions of suppliersUtilising registration web site tools, capturing delegates'' information and sending flight offers/confirmations directly, managing delegate changes and updates is also an advantage.
