What you''ll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional project and programme management across the full lifecycle

• Advising clients on cost, timelines, risks, and key project considerations

• Building and managing strong client and stakeholder relationships

• Producing clear, insightful monthly reports (programmes, risk registers, etc.)

• Driving effective communication strategies across project teams

• Developing and executing robust delivery plans to meet project objectives

• Challenging conventional approaches and thriving in dynamic environments

• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and outcomes

What we''re looking for:

• Degree-qualified in Project Management or a related construction discipline

• Working towards (or already holding) a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or equivalent

• Proven experience managing projects from inception through to completion

• Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies

• Commercial or developer-side experience (highly desirable)

• Solid understanding of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities

• Confident delivering a high-quality service to clients
