This role is ideal for someone with proven experience operating MBO or Heidelberg folding machines, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and Health and Safety. Key Responsibilities Ensure the correct job, version, and code are set up on the machine. Complete make-ready and obtain OK to Proceed sign-off from the Folding Cell Leader or Finishing Manager. Monitor and maintain the quality of all work produced. Make machine adjustments to maintain output, accuracy, and consistency. Work to optimum machine running speeds. Support, guide, and utilise any machine assistants allocated to your line. Complete ISO 9001 documentation accurately and on time. Provide thorough shift handovers and share all relevant job information. Report any breakdowns, faults, or abnormalities immediately. Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures. Provide coaching and support to colleagues when needed. Carry out daily and monthly preventative maintenance checks and complete required forms. Monitor stock levels for machine parts and request replenishment where needed. Report if targets are not being achieved or are unachievable.
