They are currently keen to expend their Fund Finance team and hire an experienced Fund Controller. Your Role: Responsibility for oversight of the production of the fund and investment performanceWorking closely with the Investor Relations team and Portfolio Managers on fund forecasting and modellingAssisting with cash flow forecasting, NAV reviews, fund drawdowns and distributionsWorking closely with the third party fund administrators in LuxembourgPreparation of regulatory and tax reportsInvolvement in deal approvals and working on specific projects Your Skills and Qualifications: Be fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with at least 5 years experience in a similar Fund Control role (Private Equity / Private Credit / Private Debt)Have the ability to build good relationships and partner with teams across the businessBe able to multi-task and enjoy a fast paced environment For immediate consideration please contact Simon Humphreys at Trace Recruitment.
