Head of Facilities

Prestigious global law firm is recruiting for a Head of Facilities to lead their UK and Ireland operations. The position involves delivering an exceptional service across a multisite portfolio covering all hard and soft services and developing and leading a large team. You will have experience of and be comfortable with senior level diplomacy, have outstanding communication skills and a true focus on outstanding customer service, anticipating needs. The role is heavily involved in multiple and ongoing projects. This role requires experience in the following areas; Senior experience managing high end facilities services in a professional services environment. Reporting and presenting at partner level High end relocation and refit project management Demonstrated service excellence Large scale budget management Demonstrated diplomacy, commercial acumen and gravitas Previous experience with legal or professional services is essential.
