This is an administration and customer service-focused role, supporting the Procurement Team with new business enquiries and the existing property estate. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, keeping landlords and agents updated and coordinating property visits for Procurement Officers. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and customer service support to the Property Procurement Team. Manage enquiries from landlords and agents by phone and email. Keep customers updated on the progress of their properties. Maintain accurate databases and records. Coordinate property visits for Procurement Officers. Liaise with internal teams to support the procurement process. Support the management of the existing property estate. Build positive relationships with landlords, agents and colleagues.
