The Role We are looking for a professional, personable and highly organised Senior IFA Administrator to join the Leeds office. You will provide administrative and business-processing support to advisers and clients, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and back-office support to advisers and clients. Process new business and ongoing client servicing, including investment amendments, trades and withdrawals. Support client onboarding and review processes, including pre- and post-meeting administration. Liaise with product providers, platforms and other third parties. Maintain accurate client records and KYC information on the firm''s CRM/back-office system. Process client invoices and liaise with Finance regarding outstanding payments. Monitor and progress tasks within agreed timescales. Review client documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met and resolve any remedial actions.
