Senior Residential Conveyancer

This highly regarded, CQS-accredited law firm has been established for over 30 years and has offices in Warwickshire and Leicestershire. They currently employ around 30 staff and have active growth plans in place for future expansion.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Dealing with sales and purchases transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release matters
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third party professionals, ensuring all parties are kept fully updated

Who we're looking for:

This is a senior role, offered with an attractive salary and hybrid working.

Suitable candidates will have:

• Around 5 years'+ experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent client care skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team, assisting more junior employees as needed
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• A sound understanding of the conveyancing process and up to date legislation
