This temporary assignment is vital in supporting the Investigation and Enforcement team by organising and managing both physical and digital office files, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will organise and compile evidence bundles while coordinating both internal and external meetings, including team gatherings and sessions with external stakeholders. The role offers hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 4 days a month in the office.Responsibilities
Organise and manage physical and digital office files.Assemble evidence bundles for investigations.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including stakeholder sessions.Support the Investigation and Enforcement team to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications
At least 12 months of experience in a similar legal/administrative role.Strong administrative skills, including exceptional diary and document management.The Organisation
