We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Young People''s Services team, supporting young people, including separated migrant children, to build confidence, develop life skills and achieve greater independence.What we''re looking for:A genuine passion for supporting young people and building positive relationshipsA compassionate, trauma-informed approach and commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respectThe ability to empower young people to achieve their goals and develop independent living skillsA collaborative approach to working with colleagues, professionals and partner agenciesStrong communication, record-keeping and organisational skillsConfidence working independently while maintaining professional boundariesA commitment to inclusion, continuous learning and delivering high-quality supportAbout YouYou are caring, adaptable and committed to helping young people thrive.
