This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive agency with regular work available in schools supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs.The RoleYou will be supporting students with complex educational and care needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals.Responsibilities include:Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SENDSupporting students with Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and other complex needsAssisting with personal care where requiredSupporting communication, sensory, and emotional regulation strategiesBuilding positive relationships with students, staff, and familiesPromoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentRequirementsPrevious experience working with children or adults with SEND, complex needs, or care backgroundsExperience supporting pupils with Autism, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, or challenging behaviour is highly desirableComfortable providing personal care when requiredStrong communication and teamwork ..... full job details .....
