Position: Facilities and Operations Coordinator Location: Office based Reading, travel to other PACT locations as required Contract: Permanent, full time 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Starting salary range: £26,508 - £29,452 per annum About the role: As Facilities and Operations Coordinator, no two days will be the same. Act as the day to day point of contact for facilities and workplace related matters Help coordinate health and safety activities, building maintenance, contractor visits, office services and workplace arrangements and improvements Ensure issues are identified, managed and resolved effectively Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building positive relationships to maintain environments that support the delivery of PACT''s services Coordinate repairs, support maintenance activities and oversee contractor works Carry out inspections to ensure our buildings remain safe, compliant and maintained Complete health and safety administration, monitoring and compliance activities Assist with office ..... full job details .....
