The Staffing Network are recruiting HGV Class 1 Day and Tremper Drivers for our client based-Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.-

Responsibilities

• Operate Curtainsided trailers to transport goods to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of vehicle maintenance.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Full UK driver License, C1 Licence, Driver CPC, DQC, no more than 6 points on license
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, preferably curtainsided lorries.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices for driving.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Shifts:-Mon-Fri tramping, Day shifts, Night shift, we can vary days also to suit.

PAYE Pay rate:

Monday To Friday -16.50

Saturday -17.50

Sunday -18.50

Night out -25.00
