The school supports secondary-aged students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The setting provides a structured and supportive environment where positive relationships, consistency and individualised support are key to helping students engage with education. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and supported when their usual teacher is unavailable. You will be provided with lesson plans and resources, with your role focused on maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting students to complete their work. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising secondary-aged classes across different subjects. Delivering pre-prepared lesson work and supporting students with their learning.
