Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be working with a leading PropTech SaaS provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the North West region.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business that is transforming the way public sector organisations manage property, assets, and estates through an innovative cloud-based platform.

As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of new business generation, developing relationships with key decision-makers across local authorities, housing associations, public sector organisations, and wider government-funded bodies. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close.

The Role

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across the North West region.
• Sell a market-leading PropTech SaaS platform into public sector organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to contract signature.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximise opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, New Business Sales, or similar role.
• Previous experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling into the Public Sector is essential.
• Strong track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience within PropTech, GovTech, Facilities Management Software, Asset Management Software, Housing Software, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
