Finance Transformation Specialist - SAP I''m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a major global retail business undergoing a significant finance transformation programme. The business is undertaking a large-scale ERP migration, moving from NetSuite to SAP, and is looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Specialist to play a key role in the successful delivery of the programme. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for someone with strong SAP transformation experience and a proven track record in financial data migration. What will you be doing? Supporting the migration of financial data from NetSuite into SAP. Undertaking detailed data analysis, cleansing and validation. Managing data quality and ensuring financial data integrity throughout the migration. Performing detailed financial reconciliations between legacy and new systems. Supporting data migration testing, validation and UAT. Investigating discrepancies, identifying data issues and driving resolutions. Working closely with Finance, IT and wider transformation teams to ensure a successful migration. What are we looking for? Proven experience working on large-scale ERP or finance transformation programmes. Strong hands-on SAP experience within a migration or implementation environment. Extensive experience in financial data migration, cleansing, analysis and reconciliation. Experience with data testing, validation and defect resolution.
